I understand that the cost of this retreat includes my accommodation, all meals, filtered drinking water, transportation to and from the airport, and retreat supplies unless indicated prior.

I understand that this retreat is at a small, semi-rustic resort with elements of the jungle and the sea. It will be held outdoors on an outdoor yoga platform. I will come prepared for the weather, which can alternate from hot, sunny, and humid with occasional rain to cooler and windy.

I understand that the Cost of the trip DOES NOT include airfare, accommodations prior to or after your retreat, passport & visa requirements, medical, hospital, and evacuation costs (Supplemental trip, accident, and baggage insurance is available from travel companies and is recommended.) Also not covered are specialty drinks, tips for wait staff, massage/spa services, and excursions on your day off.

I understand that there will be a pre-retreat group meeting via zoom 3 to 4 weeks prior to the retreat.

I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $500 and non-refundable extra night fees are due at the time of booking. The next payment of $1500 is due on November 1, 2025 The final payment of the remaining balance is due on December 1, 2025. You will receive an invoice before the due date. If you are registering for the retreat after either payment is due, you will be invoiced for the full amount right away.

I understand that Cancellation, regardless of reason, results in the loss of the applicable deposit and additional night fees. From 60 days before departure, 60% of the full tour cost is non-refundable, and no refunds will be granted 30 or fewer days before departure. All cancellations must be in writing. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat before departure, in which case a full refund of monies paid for the retreat costs will constitute full settlement of all claims. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by trip members (i.e., non-refundable” advance airline ticket purchases, medical exams, and passport and visa fees).

Responsibility Waiver Clause: I understand that I assume all risk of loss, including, but not limited to, injury, property loss, damages, or financial loss arising out of or relating to this retreat. We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, or any other cause. The retreat participant shall bear all such loss or expense, which is why travel insurance is strongly urged. I agree to release Jenny and Dan Schiltz from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or acts of God (weather, earthquakes, etc.), acts of terrorism and political unrest, and any other unforeseen events or mental/physical illnesses occurring during the retreat dates.
